Courier delivery directly into the resipient’s hands

Letters and small parcels are sent to Ukraine by plane every Friday from our head office in Toronto. And in a few days, packages are delivered directly to the hands of recipient.  

• Delivery Terms are similar to parcels delivery terms that you can find here.
• The maximum weight of a letter or small parcel is 4 kg (9 lbs). The dimensions of the package should not exceed 90 cm (36 ") (length + height + width). If the weight is bigger or the size in the amount of length + height + thickness exceeds 90 cm, then the package is considered as a parcel. Description of parcels delivery is here.

• Articles for personal use and non-commercial goods valued at less than EUR150 from one shipper to one recipient in one dispatch (in the same shipment) may be shipped Duty-Free. If the value of the contents of a package exceeds this limit, such package will automatically be assessed with Customs duties.
